We would like to introduce you to Matan Meitar's Counseling Services, subsidized by the company for Wix employees.

Matan-Meitar provides services directed at helping employees and their families in dealing with everyday troubles involving the individual's life, family and work place.

Counseling can cover any day-to-day issues. The topics addressed, among others, are: parental guidance, behavioral issues with children, adult relationship, divorce, home-work balance, anxiety, eating disorders, depression, illness, loss and so on.

Counseling is performed in two ways:

1. Over-the-phone counseling: unlimited assistance, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 364 days a year.

2.  Personal face-to-face sessions.

After Wix's subsidization, costs of this service are as follow-

First 5 meeting - 50 Shekels per meeting
For the next 10 meetings - 200 Shekels per meeting
For the 16th meeting and on - 300 Shekels per meeting

* There is no minimum or maximum number of meetings.
* Payments are being made directly to the therapist.

Please note that this service is anonymous and Wix is not exposed to the names or any private information of the employees who have decided to use this service.
