Important points



1.The company's employees that are eligible to join the plan have a monthly use limit of 200 NIS (with exceptions due to use of work matters, for example, in trips abroad). Use limitations are for any type of usage, no matter what the source is (calls, SMS, browsing, or iPhone payments, calls abroad), the excess balance will be charged from the employee's credit card. You will get the invoice on your balance to your email every omnth.

2.In this procedure, all the amounts do not include VAT, since Wix absorbs the VAT charges resulting from the employees use  (until the monthly usage limit is reached).
 

3.Each employee will pay the tax resulting from the telephone use as it is determined by law.
 

4.To view the monthly invoice for each employee, the employee can sign in to the Orange website with his/her phone number. The employee will receive a personal password and be able to view his monthly invoice in detail (and to understand the billing composition). 

 

Our Plan with Orange 



The new plan costs fixed monthly fee of 115 NIS (before VAT) and provides:

1. Unlimited calls (up to 15,000 minutes)
2. Unlimited SMS (up to 15,000 messages)
3. Data 5GB
4. Reasonable number of calls to land lines abroad via 012
5. Reasonable number of calls to cell phone in the US and Canada via 012





Line Mobilization to Wix


1. An employee that is entitled to join the Wix plan and wants to retain the line/his current number, will do so at his own expense. That is, if an employee has commitments to a particular plan of a different network or even of the Orange network, the employee will personally bear the exit costs of his previous plan.

2.Wix will try to reduce the transition costs (In order for Orange to absorb some of the costs), but this is not guaranteed and will not be possible in most cases. (It is possible without a doubt only in the case there is a transition from another Orange business plan to the Wix business plan).
 

3.In case the employee mobilizes the line and has obligations to the company he left, he must pay his debts directly to the former company (where he is obliged to pay his debts in full at the month of departure). If Wix will get credit from Orange for the mobilization, we will notify the employee, the employee will bring the invoice from the previous company where payments for the transition are detailed, we in return will credit him in his salary (with a regular reimbursement report of Wix).
